Great location, very friendly staff and food was great. The Italian roast pork is outrageous! They have a top tier cheesesteak and the fries with their seasoning are one of a kind!

Different Cheesesteak #1200. I got a cheesesteak with fried onions and cheese sauce. It comes with french fries. I got the Maggie seasoning on my fries (touch of sugar) and dipping sauce. I was extremely happy to find out that all of that was included. $17. The cheesesteak was goodish. It came on a good seeded roll. The meat was thinly sliced and finely chopped. I think a thicker slice would produce more steak flavor. Onions added a little flavor. The cheese sauce favored the bottom of the cheesesteak. Top bite was drier than the bottom bite. The sweet potato fries with Maggie seasoning were heavenly. Add the dipping sauce and the fries became whatever is better than heavenly. The bartender was very good. Big loud crowd.

Big menu, nice indoor/outdoor seating, and beer list doesn't change much but has some different options as well as the usual suspects. My steak sandwich was just OK, but the roast pork sandwich I had was really good. Their special fries were OK but I preferred the regular ones. Service is pretty solid, although they can get busy sometimes. Location is nice in that not too far off of 95, but also looks right across the street to the Delaware River and NJ, with a couple parks right within walking distance. Plenty of parking whenever we've gone. Have come back a few times and will again in the future.

A NE Philly institution. Great place for pub grub and drinks. Outstanding menu, and their steaks and sandwiches are great. The roast pork is highly recommended. They use great bread, which is the key to a great steak or sandwich. Tons of food options and cocktails. Lots of seating options. Indoor, there are two levels, with upstairs for parties. There are plenty of tables outside with great views of the Delaware when the weather is nice. Service is always super friendly. Whenever I'm back in the old neighborhood, it's great to visit Maggie's.

We decided to go here because I wanted shrimp tacos so that's what I got. I also had the coconut mojito which I loved. The drink was not strong at all and I do not like strong drinks. We also had an appetizer combo and my husband had a huge fish sandwich. Service was quick, prices are good.
